On My Needles ...

This yellow layette set was made with a washable acrylic wool I found at a thrift store.

The pattern was free by Bernat, taking 2 x 50 gram balls for the complete set.  Sweater, bonnet and bootie patterns are linked here.   You will need to create a free membership and log-in to get the pattern.

    1. Adorable. Looks like DK knit? I was and I mean just a few minutes ago going through my patterns for a layette with 36 ct yarn given to me last week.

    2. The pattern calls for "Bernat Baby" - - gauge 28 st/32 rows = 4 inch in stocking st with 3 1/4 mm needles. I used a "baby yarn" I found at a thrift shop.
